Riva Pharma (RIVA) said it will hold an ordinary general meeting March 29, 2014, 5:pm at head office to discuss financial results and board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
The meeting will also approve the balance sheet in addition losses and earnings for the period from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
Shareholders will consider proposed dividend at $0.05 per share.
