Arabia Insurance Co announced that its profits jumped significantly during the first half of 2014 by 198.8% to JOD 581 thousand against JOD 194.4 thousand in the first half of 2013.

Revenues increased also by 21% to JOD 7 million in the first half this year against JOD 6 million last year.

Earnings per share rose to JOD 0.073 in the first half of 2014 compared to JOD 0.024 in the first half of 2013.

Profits of the company in the second quarter this year reached JOD 204.3 thousand against JOD 11.6 thousand during the same period last year, rising by 1661.5%.
