Financial statement of Afaq Holding for Investment and Real Estate Development Co PLC for the first half of 2014 showed that the company’s profits declined by 13.1% to JOD 4.27 million compared with JOD 4.92 million in the same period of 2013.

Earnings per share declined to JOD 0.053 in H1-14 against JOD 0.062 in H1-13.

Revenues increased by 18.5% to JOD 46.69 million in the first half this year compared with JOD 39.98 million in the same period last year.

As for the second quarter of 2014, the company’s profits declined by 10.46% to JOD 3.25 million compared with JOD 3.6 million in the same quarter of 2013.
