Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company has announced, in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the appointment of Mr. Ignace Bauwens as the Company’s new chief executive officer as of September 1, 2014.

It is worth noting that the Company had reported a net profit leap by 116% during H1-14 to AED 195 million compared to AED 90 million during H1-13
