Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) has announced making three new appointments to its Board of Directors.

In its statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), ADNH revealed that it has appointed Sheikh Seif bin Mohamed bin Batty as Board Chairman. Moreover, it has appointed Hareb Mubarak Abdullah Al Moheiry and AbdulRahman Hader Al Marikhy as board members.

Salem Mohamed Al Amry, the former Board Chairman as well as board member Hamad Abdullah Al Shamsy have concluded their terms following this decision, the Company added.
