Al Sadeer Hotel has scheduled its General Assembly meeting to be held on Sunday, December 21, 2014 to elect a new board and discuss its financial statements, according to Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX).

The Hotel's capital amounts to about IQD 1.24 billion, distributed on 1.24 billion shares at IQD 1 par value each. It operates within the consumer services sector focusing on hotels, resorts and cruise lines.
