Equipment Holding Company has issued its financial statements for the year 2014, showing a decline of 67% in its earnings.

The firm posted a net profit of KWD 977.4 thousand (about $3.3 million) in 2014, compared to KWD 2.97 million (nearly $10 million) in the previous year.

It is worth highlighting that the Board of Directors has proposed no dividends for the financial year ended on December 31, 2014.

Noteworthy, Equipment Holding’s capital stands at about KWD 13.6 million, distributed on 136 million shares; a par value of 100 fils per share.
