Riyadh-Mubasher: The National Gypsum Co. said its ordinary general meeting gave the go-ahead for paying cash dividend for the fiscal year 2014 at 6% of capital, or SAR 0.60 per share.

The dividends will be paid on 25 April, to shareholders of record on 26 March.

During Thursday's meeting, shareholders also approved the board's report for FY14 and the board's remuneration at SAR 62,000 per member.
