Kuwait Cement will hold ordinary general meeting on 29 April to discuss dividend payout of 18% for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2014.
The cement producer reported KWD 17.32 million net profits for 2014, compared with KWD 17.16 million for the previous year.
The company is capitalised at KWD 73.33 million, distributed across 733.30 million shares at KWD 100 fils par value each.
