Bayan Investment’s ordinary general meeting agreed on the board’s recommendation of freezing dividends for the fiscal year 2014.
Bayan posted a net profit worth KWD 2.51 million ($8.5 million) in FY14, compared to about KWD 983,600 ($3.3 million) in FY13.
