Mubasher: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) signed on Monday a $320 million three-year Murabaha financing with Bahrain’s Bank ABC.
The Kuwaiti lender will use the financing facility for general business purposes, according to a bourse statement posted on Monday.
ABC and its Islamic arm Bank ABC Islamic acted as the lead arrangers and coordinators.
A total of 13 regional and international banks participated in the syndication, the statement added.
