Kuwait-Mubasher: Credit Rating and Collection (Tahssilat) said that the court set 16 November to hold a hearing session for the lawsuit filed by Tahssilat against QAF Investment Company (QIC), formerly Bayt-el-Mal Investment Company.
Tahssilat filed the lawsuit to demand KWD 3.56 million ($12.46 million) from QAF, according to a bourse statement.
