Mubasher: Jordan Mortgage Refinance Company (JMRC) issued on Tuesday a new batch of bonds amounted to 8,000 bonds worth JOD 8 million with a tenor of five years and fixed interest of 4% a year maturing on 27 December 2020.
The bond issue proceeds were given to a local bank as a loan to refinance housing loans the company awarded to individuals, according to, Ibrahim Daher, General Manager of the company.
