Doha-Mubasher: Qatar Gas Transport (Nakilat) said that its ordinary general meeting will be postponed to 14 March, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the shareholders will discuss the board’s recommendation to distribute 12.5% dividends or QAR 1.25 per share for the fiscal year 2015.
The company’s stock rose 0.89% to close at QAR 23.9 on Wednesday.
