Kuwait-Mubasher: The Energy House Holding will hold an ordinary general meeting on 15 March to discuss withholding dividends for FY15, according to a bourse statement.
The extraordinary general meeting will consider purchasing 10% or less of the company’s shares at their market value.
The stock fell 3% to close at 28 fils by the end of Tuesday’s trading session.
