Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt for Poultry Company’s profits rose in the first quarter of fiscal 2016 by 20.5% year-on-year.

Net profit reached EGP 1.17 million ($132,000) in Q1-16, compared to EGP 972,900 ($109,700) in Q1-15, according to a bourse statement released on Sunday.

The company earlier posted a standalone net profit of EGP 818,000 in 2015, 53.5% down from EGP 1.76 million in 2014.
