Cairo – Egypt: Samcrete Misr said it 77% owned unit -  Samcrete Egypt for Urban Development – has completed the whole designing works in respect to Pyramids Heights Business Park project.

The Pyramids Heights Residences project is set in a very premium location of an approximate land area of 400,000 sqm.

The project estimated investments amount to nearly EGP 1.2 billion.

The expected revenue after completing Pyramids Heights Residences is around EGP 2bn, said earlier Hisham El-Kheshen, CEO of Samcrete Development
