Mubasher: Oman Investment and Finance (OIFC) said Monday that it has received the approval of the concerned regulators to increase its stake in Bank Sohar from 15.13 % and up to 17%, according to a bourse filing.
The company is capitalised at OMR 160.45 million distributed across 1.6 billion shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1.
