Mubasher: The National Bank of Oman (NBO) announced on Thursday that it has received a letter from Treasure Fleet International Pte. Ltd., proposing the possibility of acquiring a stake in the bank.

The bank said that its board of directors will review the offer, and confirmed that no legally binding commitments have been made and this matter is still subject to review and approval by the board, the bank’s shareholders and the local regulatory authorities.
