Doha – Mubasher: Widam Food postponed the date of its general meeting to 31 January for uncompleted quorum of yesterday’s meeting.

The presence on Wednesday reached 0.06%, which led to postponing the general meeting, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

The general meeting was scheduled to discuss some amendments to the company’s article of association.

The stock ended today’s trades adding 1.16% to QAR 70, achieving QAR 958,400 turnover through trading 13,800 shares.
