Mubasher: Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) announced that its board will meet on 9 February instead of 15 February.

The board will discuss the financial statements of the period ended on 31 December, 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company posted net profits of BHD 34.8 million down in the first nine-month period of 2016 from BHD 75.7 million a year earlier.

Moreover, Inovest, listed on Kuwait and Bahrain’s bourses, said that its board will gather on 12 February instead of 13 February.to discuss its financial statements.

During the first nine months of 2016, Inovest recorded $9.19 million profits against losses worth $2.59 million in the same period of 2015.
