Cairo – Mubasher: National Drilling Company said Monday that it has received a letter from a major shareholder concerning ongoing negotiations with the company’s shareholders to buy their shares for $8.335 per share.
The total value of the offer is $16.67 million, according to statistics by Mubasher.
