Mubasher: Hotels Management Company International (HMCI) said Tuesday that its board of directors recommended the distribution of cash dividends of OMR 0.75 per share (75% of the capital), totalling OMR 2.25 million.
The board set 15 March for the ordinary general meeting to discuss the proposal, according to a bourse filing.
