Mubasher: Soor Fuel Marketing achieved a growth of 0.64% in profits to about KWD 590,810 ($1.93 million) during the fourth quarter of 2016, compared to nearly KWD 587,060 ($1.92 million) in the same period of 2015.

During the fiscal year, earnings shrank by 18.1% to KWD 3.4 million from KWD 4.15 million in FY15, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

The board members recommended a cash dividend of 5% or 5 fils per share for FY16.

At the stock level, Soor closed Wednesday’s session at 130 fils, after about 143,700 shares were exchanged at a value of nearly KWD 18,760.
