Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Driving Company said that its shareholders approved 60% cash dividends or 60 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s board had earlier proposed 30% dividends for FY16.
The shareholders set the last day to participate in dividends at 29 March, with the record date determined at 2 April.
