Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 24 April to overview distributing a cash dividend of 10% or 10 fils per share to the entitled shareholders for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing issued on Monday.
During the fiscal year, profits decreased 42% to KWD 6.69 million from KWD 11.52 million in FY15.
