Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH) said its shareholders approved 20% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 567 million, distributed on 567 million shares.
The shareholders also set the last day for participation at 2 May, while the record date is determined at 4 May.
