Kuwait – Mubasher: Bayan Investment posted a 122.2% year-on-year increase in its losses during the first quarter of 2017, according to a bourse filing.
Losses reached KWD 443,780 ($1.46 million) in Q1-17, compared to KWD 199,730 ($654,66) in Q1-16.
The company’s losses are mainly attributed to lower net sales and higher differences in exchange rates.
Losses reached KWD 597,130 in 2016, up 1,086.2% from KWD 50,340 in 2015.
