Kuwait – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Soor Fuel Marketing approved distributing 5% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company will pay 5 fils per share to the entitled shareholders for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

During FY16, Soor achieved a decline of 18.1% in profits to KWD 3.4 million from KWD 4.15 million in FY15.

At the stock level, Soor closed Thursday’s session 1.61% lower at 122 fils.
