Mubasher: Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment announced the liquidation of two companies in Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands that are located between England and France.

Arzan has the right to operate these two firms of which the Kuwaiti company has sold their assets, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.

The Boursa Kuwait-listed firm has sold a 9.86% stake in Hilltop Norway Ltd for nearly KWD 788,144, while it exited a 7.66% equity in Hilltop Germany Ltd for around KWD 563,188.

Arzan will disclose the financial impact of selling this investment once final financial data of the liquidation is available.
