Mubasher: The board of Acico Industries approved last Thursday the selling of a stake in a subsidiary, Acico Construction.
Acico’s board members have authorised the executive administration to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to sell the stake, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
It is noteworthy that Acico Industries owns a stake of 75% in Acico Construction.
