Mubasher: The board members of Arzan Financial Group for Financing and Investment approved the recommendation of splitting the company, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Arzan’s board granted its primary approval to split the business of the company until all related parties give their nod to take required procedures.

The company noted that the board’s approval will not have a financial impact on the business profile of Arzan in the current time.

At the stock level, Arzan closed Wednesday’s session 0.33% higher at 30.1 fils.
