Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment has announced that its subsidiary Tamdeen Real Estate Development bought KWD 23 million ($76 million) property at Sabah Al Salem district from Tamdeen Real Estate Company.  

The deal will support Tamdeen Investment’s balance sheet, according to a bourse statement released on Thursday.

It is worth noting that Tamdeen Investment reported a 134.3% year-on-year profit surge during the second quarter of 2019, with net profit standing at KWD 1.12 million ($3.69 million).
