Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of National Medical Care Company (NMC) gave the green light for distributing SAR 1 per share as a cash dividend to the entitled shareholders for 2020.
The company will pay a total amount of SAR 44.85 million, which accounts for 10% of the capital, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
NMC will later announce the distribution date.
The company achieved a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 97.269 million in 2020, up from SAR 80.09 million in 2019.
