Riyadh – Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company’s board members proposed a cash dividend worth SAR 2 per share, instead of SAR 1.50, for the second half (H2) of 2022.

The firm would pay out a total of SAR 12 million, representing 20% of the capital, for 6 million eligible shares.

The board’s recommendation was reached on 26 December 2022, while the eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time, according to a bourse disclosure.

Academy of Learning already disbursed net cash dividends worth SAR 9 million for H1-22. This was equivalent to SAR 1.50 riyals per share, accounting for 15% of the share nominal value.

Therefore, the total cash dividends for 2022 would amount to SAR 21 million, representing 35% of the capital, at SAR 3.50 per share.
