Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of  Saudi Ceramic Company approved on 21 February 2023 the distribution of SAR 39.98 million as cash dividends for the second half (H2) of 2022, according to a bourse filing.

The firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the share nominal value, for 79.97 million eligible shares.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the H2-22 dividends will be on 14 and 28 March 2023, respectively.

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Saudi Ceramic logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 132.03 million, down 29.27% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 186.67 million.

Revenues dropped by 4.76% to SAR 1.10 billion in 9M-22 from SAR 1.15 billion in 9M-21, while the earnings per share (EPS) decreased to SAR 1.65 from SAR 2.34.
