Riyadh – Mubasher: View United Real Estate Development Company inked a SAR 164 million contract to develop a residential tower in the Al Nakheel district, King Fahd Road in Riyadh.

The deal holds a tenor of 30 months from 12 January 2025, according to a bourse disclosure.

The Tadawul-listed firm penned an agreement with Shams Holding Company, Wavz Real Estate Development Company, and Anyar Real Estate Development Company.

The partnership is expected to have a positive impact on View United’s revenues immediately after the start of implementation operations after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses.
