Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Capital announced that Al Rajhi REIT Fund’s total assets hit SAR 3.14 billion in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024, according to a bourse filing.

Net asset value attributable to unitholders of the fund amounted to SAR 2.20 billion. The fund’s latest dividends stood at SAR 38.58 million.

Al Rajhi REIT Fund aims to invest in income-generating real estate assets to earn regular rental income and distribute at least 90% of its net income in cash to investors quarterly.

It is worth highlighting that the cash distributed excludes any capital gains arising from the sale of the assets.
