| Change on the Development | With reference to item (10) in the company’s previous announcement mentioned above, which relates to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly (First Meeting) to appoint the company’s external auditor and determine their fees, the company would like to clarify the following:
Approved the appointment of (KPMG Al Fozan & Partners) as the company’s external auditor from among the nominated candidates, and to determine their fees in accordance with the General Assembly’s approval and ratification, in the amount of SAR 950,000, for the review and audit of the financial statements for the second, third, and fourth quarters, as well as the annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2025, and the first quarter of the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2026. |
