The incident resulted in one minor injury to an employee, who received the necessary medical attention and is in good health, praise be to God.

The company confirms that it holds comprehensive insurance coverage on the affected facilities. Additionally, the company maintains sufficient inventory of finished products to ensure continued fulfillment of current customer demands, existing contracts, and expected future orders throughout this year, with no direct impact on the supply chain.

The company is currently conducting a full assessment of the technical, operational, and financial impact of the incident and will disclose any material developments as they become available, in full compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Furthermore, the company would like to note that a separate announcement will be issued at a later date specifying the timeline for the gradual restoration of production lines, following the completion of technical assessments and necessary safety procedures.
