Tourism Enterprises Company (Shams) announces the Board of Directors' recommendation dated 2/2/1446 AH corresponding to 27/7/2025 AD to the company's Extraordinary General Assembly, to change the nominal value of the share from (0.50) riyals per share to (10) riyals per share. Accordingly, the number of the company's shares will be (57,823,623) shares instead of (1,156,472,460) shares. Note that there is no change in the capital as a result of this procedure. The company is committed to completing the necessary related procedures. Any developments will be announced in due course. |
