Mr. Fahad bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Moammar

Independent Board Member of Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Real Estate Sciences from the University of Kansas, USA. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at Tawuniya Insurance Co., and is a Board Member of Al Moammar Information Systems Co. and Dar Al Tamleek, in addition to serving on the boards of companies outside the Kingdom. He previously held leadership positions at Manafa Holding Co. and the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul.

Mr. Abdullah bin Saud bin Mohammed Aldablan

Vice Chairman of the Board of Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from King Saud University. He currently serves as General Manager of Human Resources at the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites. He has extensive experience in human resources and executive leadership through previous roles at Naseej for Communications and Information Technology, Al Rajhi United, Al Rajhi Holding, and SADAFCO, in addition to working as an independent HR consultant and trainer.

Mr. Abdullah bin Saad bin Abdullah Alyemni

An expert in human resources with over 20 years of practical experience. He holds a

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and has held influential leadership roles in human capital management. He has also served as a Board Member of Al-Diriyah Club and provided consulting services to SMEs. He possesses extensive expertise in governance, talent management, and the design of remuneration and promotion policies, in addition to leading transformation and restructuring projects in both the public and private sectors.
