Cairo - Mubasher: Palm Hills Developments Company generated EGP182 billion in sales for the first nine months (9M) of 2025, marking a 40% surge from EGP130 billion in 9M-24.
The company bought a 315-feddan plot at the entrance of the New Administrative Capital, next to New Cairo, according to a press release.
The plot is expected to deliver EGP 160 billion in sales over eight years.
Furthermore, Palm Hills acquired a 97-feddan plot in its New Cairo Extension, projected to achieve EGP 29 billion in sales over three years.
During the January-June 2025 period, Palm Hills registered consolidated net profits after tax and minority interest of EGP 2.44 billion, an annual jump of 43% from EGP 1.70 billion.
