Dubai - Mubasher: Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Network International to launch a fully integrated digital platform for startups and SMEs in the UAE, according to a press release.
The two entities penned the agreement at Expand North Star 2025, where du is exhibiting under the theme "You are made to shape what's next. With our integrated digital solutions."
The partnership will combine du's extensive network infrastructure and digital platforms with Network International's expertise in payment processing and fintech solutions.
Meanwhile, the integrated platform will deliver bundled solutions for e-commerce and retail, supporting seamless multi-channel payments.
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, said: "This partnership represents a fundamental evolution in how we serve the business community, where we're providing SMEs with everything they need to succeed in today's digital economy under one trusted platform."
The initiative boosts financial inclusion for underserved SMEs and promotes cashless transactions in line with the UAE’s digital economy agenda.

The collaboration will leverage emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and real-time payments to enhance operational efficiency and security.
Last September, du rolled out plans to raise AED 3.15 billion through a secondary public offering of 342.08 million shares, representing 7.55% of its capital.
