Zad Holding Company Q.P.S.C. announced the signing of a Joint Venture between AlCAT Contracting Company W.L.L. (a Zad subsidiary) and China Harbor Engineering Limited to execute a maintenance contract with a total value of approximately QAR1.76 billion, over a five years period with each party holding a 50% stake.
This agreement is expected to contribute positively to the operational performance of the Zad subsidiary throughout the contract term.
