ARABIAN DRILLING RECEIVES RECALLS FOR THREE LAND RIGS

Announcement Detail AlKhobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 2 November 2025: Arabian Drilling, or the “Company”, (Tadawul symbol: 2381), Saudi Arabia’s largest drilling contractor by fleet size, announced today it has received notice of recall for three of its suspended land rigs at prevailing market day rates. The recalled rigs are expected to resume drilling operations in Q1 2026.

With these rigs recalled, Arabian Drilling has 50% of all suspended rigs, reactivated. Subject to successful redeployment of these rigs, the two offshore rigs recalled on 30 October 2025, and the commencement of the first international contract in the GCC; the overall fleet utilization rate is expected to reach 80% in Q2 2026, up from 73.8% in Q3 2025.
