This performance was driven by the growth of the financing portfolio, which reached SAR 3 billion, up by 29%, reflecting strong demand across all financing products offered by the company.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Tas’heel’s net profit increased by 38.3% during the current quarter compared to the same quarter last year, supported by a 23.2% growth in revenues. This revenue growth positively impacted gross profit (net income from Shariah-compliant financing contracts), which rose by 23.7%. Notably, the growth in net profit outpaced that of gross profit, driven by improved operating expense efficiency and a decline in expected credit loss provisions percentage.
